The learning habits of people vary. While many people learn easily with an instructor's lecture, many of us learn easily by working individually in a physical environment we are comfortable with.    

Nowadays, face-to-face and virtual classroom courses are not preferred, especially for employees, as they stay away from work during the course and the entire learning process is compressed into a specific and short period of time.    

E-learning courses are conducted with learning materials and tutor guidance provided by Ege Consulting, and the learner's individual study on any day of the week, any time of the day and as long as he wishes.    

The learner accesses the training materials through the Ege Consulting learning management system (LMS). Learner LMS access period is determined according to the course title. Assessment methods are also determined according to the course title. All details are specified in the contract signed between Ege Consulting and the learner during the registration.
